Now in the Shop, authentic Italian Gnocchi, freshly made every week and sold in a practical 2 generous portion tray. Try with our Wild Boar ragu'!

Cooking Instructions :

Cook the gnocchi in abundant salted boiling water, removing them with a slotted spoon a minute  after they rise to the surface. Drain them well and serve them with a few leaves of sage, melted unsalted butter, Parmigiano, and with Cream and Gorgonzola sauce, or with Wild Boar or game ragu'.
