Antipasti

Antipasto literally means before the meal and every meal in Italy begins with some sort of Antipasti. It stimulates the appetite and allows the Chef the time to prepare the rest of the meal while the guests are "chiaccherando".

Antipasti usually consist of the best fresh ingredients and therefore is very easy to prepare and there is no cooking involved.

A good glass of Prosecco is a wonderful accompaniment!
