Capperi

An essential ingredient in the whole Mediterranean basin since the begining of history, capers are the fruit of the sun and they love ruins, castles, preferably close to the sea...perhaps that's why they are so tasty with fish! Our capers are all from the Aeolian Island of Lipari, recognised as being the best in the world!

Preserved in sea salt without any additives, try them with grilled fish, chopped tomatoes and Olive Oil.
