From the Gargano Peninsula in Puglia, a delicious light creamy pate created by blending artichoke heart with hand-picked oregano, garlic, a little chilli and our oil. It makes a perfect topping for grilled fish and bruschetta, or simply as a dip for fresh garden vegetables.
