Prosecco is Italy's answer to Champagne. It is made from a variety of white grape of the same name. The grape is grown mainly in the Veneto region of Italy, traditionally in an area near Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, in the hills north of Treviso.
In The Little Italian Shop you will find 'Prosecco Gregoletto' - a dry, crisp sparkling Prosecco; as well as 'Prosecco Canella', which is slightly sweeter.
