Cheeses

Due to its geographical position and it's array of landscapes, Italy boasts a great history of cheese making. From the pure pastures of the north to the warmer climates of the south, the diverse variety of cheeses available are abundant and truly reflect the individuality of each region.

Some cheeses are made for eating on their own and are called formaggio da tavola and others are specially indicated for cooking with - formaggio da cucina

We have a small but superb range of cheeses and we also stock Burro Delle Alpi, a wonderful floral and white butter from the Alps.

Our cheeses are absolutely delicious served with bread, grissini and fruit.
