Dry cured meat is an essential part of Antipasto Italiano, best known in Italy as Affettato Misto. This includes the renowned Parma ham, salami, and other specialities such as Bresaola and Mortadella.

We also have Wild Boar Prosciutto and Salame, Finocchiona and the Best Italian roasted ham.

All the Affettati are sliced freshly for you and can always be tasted by you first.
