


Dry cured meat is an essential part of Antipasto Italiano, best known in Italy as Affettato Misto. This includes the renowned Parma ham, salami and other specialities such as Bresaola and Mortadella.
We also have Wild Boar Prosciutto and Salame, Finocchiona and the Best Italian roasted ham.
All the Affettati are sliced freshly and can always be sampled.
