Cacciatore
Cacciatore or Hunter in English , is a small salami, made with selected pork meat and cured. Young and tender is perfect on bread. The name comes from the fact that because of is small size the Cacciatore was the perfect snack for hunters in a cold rainy day, providing enough energy during a long day in the outdoor. Today is one of the most popular salami in Italy and abroad.
