Salame Sardo Piccante
Traditional rustic horse-shoe shape. Made with pork,chillies and herbs. With a bit of a kick (but not too much!) this salame is always good to wheel out when people come over - it is something a bit different. Perfect also for stews, bean casseroles (zuppa di fagioli) or on top of a great home made pizza!
