Salame Sardo Piccante

Traditional horse-shoe rustic shape. Made with pork,chillies and herbs. With a bit of a kick but not too much this salame is always good to wheel out when people come over. Something a bit different. Perfect also for stew, beans casserole ( zuppa di fagioli ) or on top of a great home made pizza!
