Pane Carasau

Pane Carasau or Music Paper makes a wonderful canape base or as an alternative to crackers with cheese. Try smearing crème di pecorino over it topped with a small slice of wild boar salame.

Fantastico with just some Olive Oil on top! 

Fresh Rosemary is added for that extra Mediterannean effect!
