



Pane Carasau, or 'Music paper', is a bread from the island of Sardinia.
Music Paper makes a wonderful canape base or as an alternative to crackers with cheese. Try smearing the amazing crema di pecorino over it topped with a small slice of wild boar salame. Fresh Rosemary is added for that extra Mediterannean effect.
