Capperi from Lipari

Essential ingredient in the whole Mediterranean basin since the begin of history, capers are the fruit of the sun and they love ruins, castles, preferably close to the sea...perhaps that's why they are so tasty with fish! Our capers are all from the Aeolian Island of Lipari, recognise as the best in the world!

Preserved in sea salt withou any additives, try them with grilled fish, chopped tomatoes and Olive Oil.
