



Boletus Edulis in Latin, Cepes in French and Catalan, Porcini in Italian. These wonderfull mushrooms are the best ingredient for a great Risotto ai Funghi (Mushroom Risotto). Autumn is when you can buy them fresh in the shop - they are collected from woods all around Europe. Because they are more common on the south side of the Alps, they are now available all year round in a dried version. When soaked in warm water all the fragrance is recovered.
Always available in the Shop (dried, and sold by weight), or Fresh Porcini in season (October-November).
